 Seen in downtown Newcastle in August 2004 is Volvo B10M 14 (MO5075) with Custom Coaches CB50 body fitted with 57 coach seats and bound for Fingal Bay. |

 Almost certainly on a break after a morning school run is sister vehicle 15 (MO8172), a year older than 14 and dating from 2001. Unlike 14 this vehicle has bus seats. Unfortunately the bus was burnt out in February 2011. |

 As you can see the driver had chosen a good spot for his break in this little cove not far from the Nelson Bay settlement. The pictures were taken in August 2009. |

 Leaving Newcastle Bus Station in August 2009 is another Custom CB50 body, but mounted on the newer Volvo B7R chassis, dating from 2004. Volvo 27 (MO5988) is configured as a 67 seat school bus. |

 Purchased two years later was 30 (3129MO) another B7R/Custom, but this time with the SB40 body style with seating 61. It is waiting near Newcastle Station on layover as a relief for rail replacement work in August 2009. |

 On layover with B7R 30 working rail replacement was Volvo B12BLE Custom CB60 29 (3128MO). |

 A year younger, dating from 2007, is 37 (MO7426) seen on route from Newcastle to Shoal Bay in August 2009. The bus has the latest Evo II version of Custom's CB60 coachwork. |

 New in 2009 was coach seated 39 (4667MO) on the lighter B7RLE chassis. It is seen when new in Newcastle Bus Station on that rail replacement work. |

 Seen again in March 2016, 37 is about to head to Fingal Bay.

 Seen on rail replacement work at Sydney Central in December 2017 was sister vehicle 38 (4665MO) of 2008.

 Looking similar but hiding a 2009 B7RLE chassis in the new Bus Station next to the Railway Station and the tram line which replaced the railway line continuing to the old station (!) is 40 (4668MO) in November 2023.

 Volvo B12BLE 38 was seen again that November with the only Custom CB80 body in the fleet, 2011 Volvo B7RLE 58 (MO9430).

 New to Coffs Harbour Bus Lines in 1998 as their 52 (MO4365), Custom 510 bodied Volvo B10M 18 (3120MO) came to Port Stephens by way of the collapsed Kings Bros. Seen at the depot in November 2023 the bus was sold to Glenorie Coaches a year later.

 Another B10M at the depot was ABM Starliner bodied 16 (4663MO) of 1999 and still serving in 2025. ABM was taken over in 2000 by Custom Coaches.

 Seen in Newcastle in November 2023 was MO6998, a 2005 Custom CB60 bodied Volvo B7RLE, in the contract fleet livery. It was previously Dysons 1029 (0757AC).

 Sadly TNSW is slowly taking over the Port Stephens fleet as seen on 527 (MO527), a 2015 Custom SB50 bodied Volvo B7R on a school run.
