In 1907 John Fishwick started a haulage business and in 1911 began to run a part time passenger service operating to and from Ecclestone. The company's first purpose built bus was purchased in 1919 and since then the fleet of buses has continued to grow with the addition of a wide variety of predominantly Leyland vehicles.
