This MCV Evolution bodied MAN 15.250, 1104, was originally registered HFS246 in 2014 but was JED477 when seen in Hamilton Bus Station in November 2017. It was later re-registered again as QGN874. Others of the batch of nine have kept their original registrations!

Whilst MAN continue to be a popular choice, though with locally built bodies, the Volvo B7RLE was bought in some numbers. This new example with GBV NZ Enviroline body, 5043 (KQC462) was seen at the same time.

Also new in 2017 was 3803 (KKE372) in blue livery for the Northern Connector service. The GBV NZ Enviroline body this time hides an MAN 18.290 tri-axle chassis.

Forward to February 2020 and this 2011 Designline Enviroline bodied Scania K280UB, 555 (FRR635) is in Hamilton in a special colourful livery for the BUSIT Waipa service.

The large number of Kiwi bodied Alexander Dennis Enviro200 buses in New Zealand especially in Wellington and Auckland inevitably meant some woud end up in Hamilton. In orange "Comet" livery in February 2020 is 2032 (GFK499). The bus started life in the navy and silver livery of NZ Bus as their 4094 in 2012, later being sold to Pavlovich as their 2061 in 2017. It had recently joined Go Bus.

Also seen that day was an older Designline bodied MAN 16.223, 182 (DWP900) owned since new in 2007.

Delivered in 2013 was this Designline Enviroline bodied MAN 16.250 922 (GYY491) seen in the Bus Station.

Out on the road is sister vehicle 923 (HAF572) followed by Volvo B7RLE 5031 (KKY855) new in 2017 with is GBV NZ Enviroline body.

Back in the Bus Station was another Alexander Dennis-Kiwi combo, 2057 (JAF139). It arrived in the country as a demnstrator, believed to be an Enviro200H hybrid model, later being sold to Pavlovich as their 2057 for use on their Hamilton services.

A line up in the Hamilton Bus Station depot, from left to right: 792 (MYL168) 2009 MAN 16.240 Designline, 90 (GAJ492) 2011 MAN 16.240 Designline Enviroline, 799 (GBC556) as 90, 2030 (GCH885) 2011 BCI Citirider, 1107 (HFS243) 2014 MAN 15.250 MCV Evolution and 2038 (FAA27) 2009 BCI Citirider. Both Citiriders were ex Pavlovich though 2030 was new to Mosgiel Coach Services aand passed to Ritchies first as their 520.
