This 2011 Coach Design bodied Mercedes O500RF was new to Reesby in Rotorua and became Ritchies 97 on acquisition of the operation from Brian Souter. It was soon sold on to Auckland operator, Abbotts, joining a fleet of around eight. It is seen at the city's cruise ship terminal in February 2020 now numbered 19 (FSU435).

Seen in Tauranga the previous day was another vehicle acquired with thw Reesby operation and soon sold on. Most of the area's "bayhopper" services are franchised to NZ Bus but Uzabus are involved too. Their Optare Solo 758 (FWS334) was new to Reesby as 42 in 2007 and became 1275 with Ritchies. Behind is a Uzabus Optare Versa, also on "bayhopper" duties and also secondhand, but new in 2008 to Beacon Bus of Dolton in the UK as MX58ACU. Now it is 594 (JQL760).
