 The express fleet was upgraded in 2016 with a pair of Irizar i6 bodies on Scania K400IB chassis. More were to follow in subsequent years. This is TV8894 seen at Sydney Central in January 2018 with the customary Murrays' BCI headed for Canberra behind.

 The other of the pair, TV9039, was seen when just over six months old in November 2016 at Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney.

 Eleven years on from when seen before in Wollongong on school duties, B9R 4763MO, was still so deployed in the Gong in May 2024.

 Firmly designated school buses, three of the four 2011 Mercedes OH1830L are lined up at Shellharbour depot in late April 2024. Intruder is Volgren CR228L bodied Mercedes OH1830LE 1686MO of 2008, then we have 6917MO, 6919MO and 6918MO.

 The missing Mercedes, 6916MO, was seen later that day on a school run passing through Albion Park Rail. Interestingly it does not have the yellow school bus sticker prominent on the other three.
