 Another Mercedes minibus in the fleet was 26 (6700AO), seen in the depot yard in April 2010 with Mercedes OH1418 10 (1110AO) parked behind. The minibus had been new to Ventura as their 421 (2421AO). |

 Replacing 26 was Australia's first Custom built Alexander Dennis Enviro200. The low floor Enviro was a perfect replacement for the Mercedes it took over the Mercedes' duties as well as its fleet and rego numbers. Picture ref A1729 |

 The bus had just entered service in March with Tullamarine and the blind had yet to be programmed so displayed "Custom" and "E200" on the rear. A board for its 430 route to Gowanbrae was stuck in the window. The 430 is a demand responsive bus service linking the Gowanbrae estate to the Westfield Centre at Airport West. a relatively short distance, but the two are divided by a busy freeway and Gowanbrae is also home to a large retirement village. The bus leaves Airport West at set times, but if no one has booked - usually by phone - the bus stays in the depot yard down the road. Equally it only heads to Gowenbrae to collect pre-booked passengers, at the set times on the timetable. Picture ref A1730 |
