 Parked up at Oakleigh depot in April 2010 was the experimental ethanol powered Ventura Scania L94UB with Custom CB60 body dating from 2000, 839 (2632AO). |

 Whilst a batch of CB80 bodied MAN buses entered service with National Bus on SmartBus routes, only one CB80 in Ventura blues arrived. The Scania K280UB, 993 (8426AO), was purchased ex dealer stock. It is seen in Knoxfield depot in February 2012, being readied to enter service from Croydon. With the advent of the new Ventura-Grenda white based livery, 993 is likely to be the only CB80 in two tone Ventura blue. |
