Yarra Trams Citadis C class 3013
Introduced in 2001, the Citadis C class trams, new to Yarra Trams, were the first low floor units in the city. Built by Alstrom in France they were as low as 33cm from the ground, so just as well Melbourne is a fairly flat city. The three section trams primarily work route 109 from Port Melbourne to Box Hill out of Kew depot. Car 3013 is seen at the Box Hill terminus.

Having started this page with the Box Hill terminus of the 109, we end with the Port Melbourne station. The southern section of the route is on reserved track from the city, on what used to be a railway line. This unidentified car is seen in April 2004.
