Several D40HFs at Phibbs Exchange plus a New Flyer D40LF at the rear. Phibbs Exchange is on the north shore of Vancouver Harbour, near the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge crossing. The exchange is in a relatively remote location and is empty more than busy, but services are timed to coincide affording connections across the north shore as well as across the bridge to the city. |

The operation is nearly complete. The N prefix on the fleet numbers of most buses frequenting the Phibbs Exchange means they are allocated to the depot on the North shore of the harbour. Flyer N3219 sports a black base wrap advert for a local car dealer.
