 Whilst Alexander Dennis could undoubtedly design the Eviros better to cater for the demographic of the 620's passengers this has not been done. For foot passengers boarding the ferries for a short break on Vancouver Island there is no extra space for luggage, the rear seats often double as a much needed extra rack.

 A few days later at the Tsawwassen Terminal another problem is evident, the lack of bike storage. The univerasl front mounted North American racks as on 21412 only carry two bikes per bus. In the height of the summer special bike buses are run. Coast Mountain Bus has removed the seats from at least four NovaBus LFS singledeckers for this purpose and painted them in distinctive colours, though on this mid September Saturday afternoon one might have been a help. However there were three Enviros allocated to each departure enabling transport of six bikes per hour. As the departures are staggered, the last can be for stragglers only and therefore may have room for the odd bike inside.

 The other two buses on this departure were 19406 and 19418, patiently waiting their turns. Note that 19406 has a panel above the front door which needed attentiom but has yet to be fully restored with blue paint!

 First arrival for the next trio of departures that Saturday afternoon was 19411, but this is the second, 19414. The airport like control tower is believed to assist in the marshalling of vehicles in the huge parking area for those waiting to board the ferries.
