A quite familiar sight at Niagara Falls was a fleet of Routemasters on tours of the locality. This one passes a prominent casino on River Road.

Also at Niagara - and alongside another transport icon: a San Francisco style cable car! The 'trolley' tour is an essential part of many tourist trails in America - and Canada. Sadly only San Francisco boasts the real thing - this one is diesel powered.

Former London Transport RM1604 (604DYE) was withdrawn from London service in 1987 after 24 years service. The bus was bought by Greater Manchester Buses as their 2203, passing in 1990 briefly to Rotherham & District. It was exported to the Beach Bus Company in Kittyhawk, USA where it was converted to open-top in 1994, arriving at Niagara Falls in 2000 joining Double Deck Tours as 18 (BJ6 939).
