By June 2009 when this picture was taken at CMK Railway Station Arriva was in charge of MK Metro. Former 32 (YJ55YGV) had gained fleet number 2449 and a slight livery modification. The biggest change is the buses serving the railway station forecourt. The Bus Station was a white elephant from day one, built adjacent to the Rail Station, but too far away, especially for disabled passengers and those with luggage. Under Julian's ownership, not only did the bus services penetrate the housing estates, they also penetrated the station forecourt, leaving the Bus Station still deserted. |
