Suffolk County Council sometimes goes through one of those phases where it feels it is getting a raw deal from local bus and coach operators and would get better value for money running the services itself. Sound familiar? So it bought an expensive brand new fleet of coaches and buses and showed them off at a number of SHOWBUS rallies. The fleet has since transformed into Suffolk Norse following a partnership between the council and a commercial organisation more into waste management than buses!
