 However by June 2017 this abandoned tram stop, fully equipped for disabled access, was one of the few reminders of the Waterfront Service.

 Oddly in 2007 work on the road network prompted King County Metro to paint some Gillig Phantoms in a mock Melbourne tram livery to operate the Waterfront Service during the works. Gillig 3247 is seen that August by the Seahawks Stadium. Ongoing works in the area resulted in the demolition of the purpose built tramshed and plans for a new shed fell through so the Melbourne cars never returned.
