No longer in business, but Walwyns were the local coach operator in Maidenhead. They also ran a travel agency so used their school bus fleet to promote the travel business. Former Aldershot & District East Lancs bodied Loline I 338 (SOU446) was displayed at an early Hillingdon Showbus.

 In 1977 two of Walwyns' Lolines are seen arriving at Barry Avenue Car Park in Windsor for the start of the Silver Jubilee Parade to Hillingdon. In the lead is former 338, heavily modified for its Travel Centre promotional role and behind Alexander bodied Loline III, former 409 (409COR), normally confined to school work. |
 Former 395 (395COR), another Alexander bodied Loline III went on to service with Brown's of Ashford in Kent. It is believed to be here in the Durham area in 1977, used on coalfield contracts and has somehow lost its Brown's red roof. |
 Cardiff city is unusually plagued by lowbridges both on an east-west axis on the London line to West Wales and on lines running north up the valleys. Some may remember the fleet of singledeck trolleybuses acquired as part of the solution to this problem. In 1960 a batch of six AEC-Park Royal rear entrance Bridgemasters was acquired by Cardiff Corporation. Fifth in the batch, 365 (TUH365) is seen languishing in Tyneside in the yard of Bedlington & District in the company of former Aldershot and District lowheight Dennis Loline, 400 (400COR). |
 Another August 1977 discovery of an Aldershot & District Alexander bodied Loline III, 406COR, with Keenan of Coalhall. Alongside is former St Helens 210 (TDJ610), a Marshall bodied AEC Reliance. |
