Tucked in behind the Stagecoach liveried Dennis Dart is one of the Tigers on hire to Red Rose on a school contract to Sir William Borlase's Grammar School in Marlow. The Dart though is the more interesting vehicle, being one of the air conditioned models first used by Stagecoach in Hong Kong, 1403 (GM5868), and brought to the UK for use by Stagecoach Devon as 32444 (N744XDV). The bus was acquired by Red Rose and was occasionally used on the 275 route from Wycombe to Oxford and concern was expressed by Stagecoach Oxford about the bus still being in Stagecoach livery. |
In 2009 Motts Travel acquired this former Trans-Peak Volvo B10M with Alexander Q body for contract work. It might appear to be in their Yellow Bus division livery, but these were the colours it arrived in. It has subsequently been repainted in fleet white. The bus is seen at Westcott Venture Park being used on the shuttle service to the 2009 Race for Life at Waddesdon Manor. Behind are some of Motts' ex Shearings Leyland Tigers with the Alexander N body, both N and Q types were built at the Belfast plant. |

Here is a picture of M455TCH on the TP Trans-Peak service which reached into Greater Manchester from Nottingham. The distinctively liveried vehicle is seen in Chorlton Street Bus & Coach Station. The service is now the responsibility of High Peak, the joint operation with Centrebus.

In June 2009 the bus, formerly Trent 55, is seen arriving at the Grange School in Aylesbury on a school contract run. The bus was later repainted white. |
