 Regents 4 and 98 (LDP945) were both in action in early August that year helping to celebrate the centenary of fellow Reading based operator, Thames Valley. Heading in to Reading, recreating Thames Valley's first service to Maidenhead is 59 year old Park Royal bodied 98, one year older then 4.
