Thames Valley 215 (VMO235H) is one of the newer LH buses with a revised blind layout with a deeper windscreen and a happier look. It is on layover in Wycombe off the 34 route to Speen, a service which still operates as the 334 across the Bucks Chiltern hillside. The operator in 2017 was Red Eagle using Dennis Darts, but the route has been operated by Carousel Buses, Arriva the Shires and Motts Travel Yellow Bus before then. There are currently two journeys on school days and a Tuesday and Friday service geared to shoppers, but a timetable before the war shows an hourly route with first buses before 6.00am!

Fellow LH 214 (VMO234H) has been lucky enough to be preserved, hopefully for posterity. It is seen at a Duxford SHOWBUS in 2001. |
