CIE Leyland Olympian of Kimes
A former CIE Olympian with Alexander (Belfast) body was at SHOWBUS in 2003 as part of the Olympian display. Reregistered YAZ8773 the bus was a recent acquisition by Kimes of Folkingham.

Another Kimes CIE Olympian RH47, now 73 (YAZ8773), can be seen tucked into the corner of the depot in Folkingham in July 2011. Being parked next to a standard Alexander bodied bus, the differences in the frontal treatment can be seen. Centre piece is D4 (GK04NZU) an East Lancs bodied VDL DB250.

A view of 84 (PAZ3184) shows these later additions to Kimes fleet have gained a mint green band echoing the application of the blue and yellow livery to the bus when last in Dublin. Like 73, the bus has gained a Northern Ireland registration to match its fleet number. In Dublin it used to be RH37 (90D1037).

Another ex CIE Olympian, RH38, at SHOWBUS in 2003 formed part of the centenary display of Ipswich Buses. This bus too has been reregistered as H705PTW and gained the name Western Sovereign, but kept its same fleet number as Ipswich 38.
