Stagecoach VA55 (R155VPU) was built in 1997 It is a lowheight dual door Volvo Olympian with Alexander bodywork and was seen freshly painted in the new Stagecoach London livery at Stratford Bus Station in October 2002.

By 2005, when VA122 (then 16122) arrived at SHOWBUS, the Stagecoach London Olympian fleet was in retreat, being ousted by increasing numbers of Alexander ALX400 bodied Dennis Tridents. Selkent 16122 (R122EVX) has blinds for school services, to which survivors were relegated.
