Seen at Victoria in June 2007 is Stagecoach 53012 (VU03VVW). The Transbus Paragon bodied Volvo B12M is working for the old East Kent division, headed for Dover, however it was new to the old Cheltenham District company for use on services to Gloucester from the capital. |
A week earlier Stagecoach East Kent B12M 53002 (GU52WSY) arrives in London. The Paragon body was built in the original Plaxton era and interesting initially had East Kent fleet number 8920. East Kent always used registration numbers as fleet numbers, but the new registration system starting with 51 marks with letters, reinforced the need to stick to fleet numbers. |
Outside the old Queen's Building at Heathrow in August 2007 is V32 (LK53KWB). The Transbus Panther bodied Volvo B12B was new to National Express itself. As can be seen from the destination, it is working for Virgin Atlantic on its Gatwick service linking the two major London airports.
