Eastern Counties Bristol SC4LK
Eastern Counties celebrated their 75th anniversary in 2006 and we had a lovely display of old ECOC buses and coaches, many of which were from the Eastern Transport Collection. Particularly noteworthy was former Eastern Counties LC556 (3003AH), a 1958 Bristol SC4LK, seen here having driven down from the east end where the ECOC vehicles were on display to give some folk a treat on a tour of Duxford Village.
 
Royal Blue and Crosville Bristol RELHs
Owner of these two magnificent machines is Steve Graham who said they made a fine spectacle tailing each other down the motorway from the North West to attend SHOWBUS. With EFE launching their new Bristol RELH casting at the event, the pair were parked adjacent to the EFE tent. Crosville CRG106 (AFM106G) made the trip to Southern Germany for the Speyer event in 2004, now the Royal Blue coach, 2351 (837SUO), will get to visit the location as runner-up in the competition for a sponsored entry at Sinsheim 2007.
 
Eastern National Bristol KSW
Eastern National Bristol KSW5G 1407 (VNO859) is a SHOWBUS regular. This nice rear view from the embankment shows its unusual rear door configuration which makes it look narrower than it really is. Alongside is Eastern National FLF 2849 (NTW942C).
