Dudleys' 1999 Volvo B10M won prizes at both Showbus and the Brighton Coach Rally. York Pullman's 2001 B10M is another example of how well presented middle aged Plaxton coaches can look. Middletons of Rugeley's Plaxton Panorama Elite III bodied Bedford YRQ, 69 (KPC204P), was new to Harding of Bletchworth in 1975. Middletons was taken over by Midland Red.

Next to the oldest Plaxton at SHOWBUS, Neil Millington's 1958 Wallace Arnold AEC Reliance, was a Bedford VAL70/Plaxton, recently acquired by R S Webb & Sons. The 1968 VAL, as the lettering testifies, was used on the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour in Liverpool.
