Optare CityPacers, based on the Volkswagen LT31 van were favoured and E67SUH is seen in the special bus/pedestrian area on the east side of the shopping centre with Cardiff Bus 'Nipper' MetroRiders in the background. |

The bus, E67SUH, is seen again on the other side of the city centre in Cardiff Bus Station in the company of two of the much larger Northern Counties bodied Ailsas favoured by Cardiff City Transport. |

Bearing the livery of South Glamorgan County Council, CityPacer E61SUH is seen in Cowbridge on the network of services which was branded Village Bus. |

Bebb continued with bus operation alongside its National Express and up market coach work. The experience of the early Optare CityPacer operation had born fruit with purchase of further products with both Excel and Solo low floor buses entering the fleet. Mercedes with bodywork by Optare associate, Autobus Classique, also joined the fleet. Solo 83 (W83NDW) is seen in Cardiff Bus Station. |
Another Bebb Solo, CN54HFC, is seen on its way into Cardiff in May 2005.
