Birmingham Tilling Stevens 26
This is a real gem in the BaMMoT Wythall collection, a 1913 Tilling-Stevens TTA2 which served with both Midland Red and Birmingham Corporation. New to the former, in 1914 Midland Red and Birmingham Corporation struck a deal whereby Midland Red would only run services to points outside the City and the Corporation restricted its activities to inside the City - what would the competition authorities have to say about thatthese days!. As part of the deal 30 double-deckers passed to Birmingham Corporation Tramways including O9926 which ran in Corporation colours until 1924 when the body was sold to be discovered as a garden shed by a Nottingham enthusiast many years later. BaMMoT reunited with a Tilling-Stevens chassis, but sadly not a TTA2, the search continues.

Birmingham AEC Regent Metro-Cammell 486
Under restoration at Wythall is 1931 Birmingham AEC Regent 486 (OV4486) with Metro-Cammell 51 seat body. Withdrawn in 1944 the bus was discovered 23 years later well away from a main road down a dirt track as the home of an elderly gentleman.

Birmingham Daimler COG5 Metro-Cammell 1107
Metro-Cammell bodied Daimler COG5 1107 (CVP207) was an early candidate for preservation in 1964. The 1937 bus is also seen at Wythall.
