 The year 2007 marked bodybuilder Plaxton's centenary and a big gathering of Plaxton vehicles was held at their factory in Scarborough in April. With Barton being a prominent Plaxton customer in its last days of independence, it was not surprising to see Leopard 1246 (RVO668L) as part of the tribute display. |

 Further celebrations followed at SHOWBUS in September with a Gold Run of Plaxton vehicles arriving around midday from Trumpington Park & Ride. Leopard 1246 is seen in the parade. |

 In the afternoon 1246 was tagged on the far end of the Barton contribution to the SHOWBUS Plaxton Centennial display. First in line is 564 (KAU564V), a Supreme IV bodied Leopard and in the middle Plaxton Elite bodied Leopard 1235 (RVO657L). |
