 In August 1979 the business of Gibson Brothers of Barlestone was acquired and its routes from Market Bosworth to Leicester via Barlestone or Peckleton. Five rare lowheight Alexander bodied MCW Metrobuses were purchsed for the routes and painted in Gibson livery. Seen in Leicester in the city in the early eighties is 35 (AUT35Y), note the Leicester coat of arms on the side and in house advertising.
