Regular contributor Paul McSherry has out done himself this week! He stumbled across beautifully restored former London Transport RFW14 (LUC214) in Charing Cross last weekend. The rare ECW bodied AEC Regal IV was one of fifteen new in 1951 for the private hire fleet. Many of them were latexported to Ceylon (Sri Lanka) in 1964, but two survived in preservation. The other, RFW6 (LUC206) was last reported at Cobham on 2001.
