This week's picture is courtesy of Hass Rathnasekara from Prague. It features Tatra T3M tram 8013, a design from the sixties, but a reliable workhorse built in Prague and used throughout the then Soviet block. Most of the T3 trams still in service, and some 500 are, have been modernised since the turn of the century with new motors and electrical equipment, new audiovisual information system and refurbished interiors.
