Seen heading into town past Wycombe Rye on Wednesday afternoon was Beeline Wright Streetlite DF 47686 (SL15RVZ). The bus was new to closely associated company, First Hampshire & Dorset having been new to Southampton in "Cityred" livery. When the Southmapton operation closed, still in red, it was despatched to Slough. Obviously it has recently been repainted in the new revived Beeline brand. Sadly this will be swept away by First's new national deep purple and grey colour scheme and at least one Streetlite in that scheme was working the X74 from Slough to Wycombe this week. Also seen was one in the most recent "Barbie" livery and another in First Solent livery in two tone blue with a splash of yellow. On reflection maybe a national livery will not be such a bad thing after all!
