Adelaide Metro MAN SL200 PMCSA 2451
Originally 1897, WJP692 was carrying 2451 when seen in August 2005. The bus is representative of a fleet of 140 MAN SL200 buses which entered service in the STA silver livery in the early eighties.

Most SL200 buses got repainted into standard Metro livery like this pair hard at work in Victoria Square in 2005. MAN 2471 (VTO784) was new as 1812, one of the first seventy with over width bodies, like the Volvo B59s. The bus went on to see further service with Buses-R-Us as their 26 (XLO500).
