Later that month Denning 59 (1059AO) is seen with sister 43 (1043AO) at the Mount Waveley depot early on a Sunday morning before heading to the city for their daily duties.

Denning 85, now in full Driver livery, was back doing a stint on the Visitor Shuttle with a suitable headboard in the new style when seen outside the Cathedral in March 2013. This bus is likely to have been equipped with the sound system for the tour commentary and having departed to CDC a relacement Denning was acquired in fleet livery as a standby for the Shuttle work.

Doubt was cast over the future of the free Visitor Shuttle when City Sightseeing started operations in the city. Whilst the new operator has a route to the seafront, most departures duplicated the Vistor Shuttle. The local council that sponsored the tourist service introduced an all day $5 charge in response, but the service's future was not as secure as it once was. Denning 42 (1042AO) of 2007 is seen near the Domain with amended vinyls in November 2013.
