Eastrans Volvo B7RLE Volgren Express Shuttle 128
Launched in July 2012 was a 601 express shuttle between Huntingdale Station and Monash University's Clayton campus. The service mimics the 401 service started earlier serving Melbourne University and North Melbourne Station by SITA. The livery is identical to that used by SITA which blended with its fleet livery, howver the orange was in stark contrast to Eastrans' then white and green. A third university express started in 2016, operated by East-West with buses in full PTV livery but the same huge route numbers for the 301 between Reservoir Station and the Bundoora campus of La Trobe Uni. This view of Eastrans Volgren bodied Volvo B7RLE 128 (8215AO) arriving at Huntingdale was taken at the end of March 2012.
