 Between 2018 and 2019 Latrobe Valley acquired the biggest fleet of hybrid buses in the country, with no less than eight hybrid Volvo B5RLEH, all with Optimus bodies. Seen at Traralgon depot in May 2021 are 2019 126 (BS04UL) and 127 (BS04UM) with green chevrons to denote their environmental credentions. Just off to the right is diesel powered B7RLE 105 (BS02AQ) of 2016, whilst on the left is 2006 CR228L bodied Iveco Metro C260 24 (3824AO) and, on the end, 2014 Express bodied B7RLE 70 (9613AO).
