Mackay Transit school buses
School and service buses are painted in a blue based livery as already seen on the Toyota Coaster. Ex Brisbane Denning bodied MAN SL200 buses used to predominate in the school bus fleet. Nearest the camera is 55 (620HTM) and next along is 41 (460HYN), formerly Brisbane 881 and 917, respectively. The third bus is identifiable as 97 (484LCG), former Latrobe Valley 11 (3811AO), a Hino RK176K with Custom bodywork.
 
Mackay Transit MAN SL200 Denning 57 & 40
Further down the line we find 57 (558HUZ) and 40 (499HZS), formerly Brisbane 885 and 915. The Brisbane MAN buses, of which there were 13 with Denning bodies and two with PMC bodywork, have all left the fleet having largely been replaced with new Daewoos.
 
Mackay Transit Hino RK176K 98 & 100
More former Latrobe Valley Hino RK176K buses in the schools fleet. Dating from 1994, we have 98 (485LGG) with Newnham body formerly Latrobe Valley 39 (3839AO) and 100 (487LGG) with Custom body, ex Latrobe Valley 35 (3835AO).
 
Mackay Transit MAN 18.280 Mills-Tui Orbit 101 & 102
Here are two of a trio of Mills-Tui Orbit 61 bus seat bodied MAN 18.280 delivered in 2008: 101 & 102 (610,233LGG).
 
Mackay Transit MCA 13 & Austral Interbus Metroliner 15
Two buses which joined the fleet when Mackay Transit Coaches was formed by the merger of Seaforth and Leeson's Bus Services. Both are now sold. On the left we have 1986 MCA 13 (618PQA) and on the right, of the same vintage, Austral Metroliner bodied Interbus 15 (158BMI).
