 At work on a morning's school run in Nundah in March 2016 was Red & White PMCA 160 bodied Hino RG197K 08 (273TTR) of 1991. This bus has a fun history arriving from Surfside Bus Lines where it was 467, pirior to that it was Orange Bus Lines 2, Shorelink 94 (MO8408), St Ive's Bus Service of Pymble and originally with Dion's Bus Service of Fairy Meadow, NSW.

 Shorelink acquired former Sydney Buses 2204, a 1979 PMC bodied Mercedes O305. They ran it as their 48 (MO7507) before selling it to Sid Fogg in Newcastle in whose yard it is seen in March 2016 as their 200 (TV5028). Alongside is a more obvious former stable mate, Fogg's 100 (TV4643), former Sydney Buses 2452 which was acquired from Bus Works on the Central Coast.

 Languishing at Sid Fogg's depot that day was another PMC bodied Mercedes O305 of 1986 in the livery of Beachwheels. Iy had been 46 (MO8509) an acquired from Kirkland's Coaches where it had been 288 (MO2535). Previous owners were Simes Bros of Lismore, and Gold Coast City Bus and Smekels Buses of Southport where it had Queensland rego 864PNS.

 This beautifully kept Custom bodied Bedford SB3, MO389, of Sydney Coachlines was new Shorelink 27 (MO5047) in 1980.

Shorelink 73 (MO8384). Shorelink is now owned by Transdev and is based on Sydney's north shore. The bus is working route 589 to SAN (Sydney Adventist Hospital) in the suburb of Wahroonga. |
