 In addition to its high profile airport express, Skybus has a number of contracts for staff transport and the like linked to the airport. The vehicles deployed on this work are presented in a reverse livery of white with red fleetnames. This Custom CB60 bodied Scania L94UB, 71 (5931AO) was new for the express service but has been repainted and relegated to interal airport work. It is seen in the new bus terminal at Tullamarine Airport in May 2017.

 Bought for the work was Custom CB80 bodied MAN 18.320 90 (9596AO) seen in the Tullamarine Terminal in December 2015. The bus has since been reassigned to the new St Kilda Airport Express, and, the opposite to 71, repainted red. It has also been renumbered 200.

 Believed to be acquired from dealer stock for the St Kilda Airport Express was one of several MCV Evolution bodied MAN 18.320 buses, 95 (BS02IY), seen in St Kilda in November 2016. The bus has also been repainted since and renumbered 206.

 Skybus has been expanding and in February 2017 took over SITA's Avalaon Airport Express with three Coach Concept bodied B9R Volvos. The third, 53 (BS01JF), is seen in Southern Cross Terminal shortly after the takeover. Ex SITA 280 has since been painted red as have the other two coaches. The Avalon service has also been upgraded to a regular headway and enjoys the free wifi and hotel transfer services that the Tullamarine service has.
