 Newer Mercedes 815D 2552 (379ILW) with Custom CB20 bdy is seen at the city terminus earlier that day. Unlike the earlier Mercedes, these 2005 models were only single door. The bus has since passed to associate bus company Surfside Bus Lines. |

 Sister vehicle 2551 (264IJO) is also seen at the bus turning circle in the centre of Cairns outside the Hides Hotel. The bus has transferred to Sunbus in Townsville. |

 Heading out of the city to Whitfield and Edge Hill on route 6 is another of the batch, 2555 (867IJO), another to head to Surfside. |
