 Seen in the city in March 2014 is one of the pair of Custom CB60 Evo II articulated Scania K310UA buses, 2000 and 2001, normally only seen at peak times. This one has yet to receive its Transdev branding.  |

 February 2015 and the beginning of the thin end of the wedge, SmartBus liveried Designline bodied MAN 16.240 641 (7264AO) shot past the camera on Barkly Road at St Kilda Junction heading for Elsternwick on the 246, not a Smartbus route. After that SmartBus liveried buses started to appear all over the network and new Scanias in regular PTV livery became common place on SmartBus routes.

 This March 2015 view of Fitzroy North depot shows two Designline bodied MAN 16.220 buses. Nearer the camera is SmartBus 577 (6540AO) and further away in PTV livery is 586 (6850AO), both buses are now withdrawn from service.

 Crossing Sydney Road at Bell Street out in Brunswick in March 2016 was Custom 550 bodied Mercedes O405NH 703 (1760AO) running out of service.

 This Fitzroy North depot shot from April 2016 illutrates the shuffling around of allocations by Transdev as their new depots came on stream. Ex Grenda Volgren CR228L SmartBuses were never allocated here before. Nearets the camera i Scania K230UB 8906 (6706AO) which dates from 2008. The Mercedes alongside, 714 (1771AO), is ten years older.
