 Promoting the Red Bull Music Festival in November 2019 is five section Combino 5013, seen on Swanston Street though the festival was the previous month.

 With the pandemic 5013 was seen again on St Kilda Road by The Arts Centre in the brief period between lockdowns in June 2020. Trams kept running throughout the following five months, with some reduction in evening services during the curfew. Empty trams were a common site and no one was around to look at advert wraps whether out of date or not.
