This ex Maidstone & District Leyland National moved to various other companies before arriving at Brighton Borough Transport. Registration number OKJ 511M, fleet number 86 works route 81 to Hove Station.

This model is the first release of our Roe bodied AEC Renown. These buses operated by Rotherham Transport were similar to the standard body except that the rear emergency door was moved round to the offside, allowing for five seats at the back. Our first model has fleet number 88, registered 5588 ET working route 16 to Chapeltown.

As Southern Motorways were the largest second user of these buses we felt it appropriate to build this fleet with a further release. In this model we capture GS 79 registration number MXX 379 working route 11 to Thorney Aerodrome.

Many of the coach services connecting the Airports use Plaxton Paramount 3500 coaches and the Jetlink livery looks superb on our model. Registration number G809 BPG would have been a popular sight on the Motorways as it worked route 747 between London and Gatwick Airports.
