 As the city lights up we can contrast New Flyers. Nearer the camera is D40LF 4273 of 2001 and alongside is D40LFR 4777 from the second batch, 121 delievred in 2009.

The first Xcelsiors were delivered in 2013, just nine XD40 models, of which this is the very first, 4880 seen outside Sutton Place, downtown.

 Back in October 2014 and lacking a fleet number, and in a deep blue metallic livery, this D40LFR is possibly a demnstrator, with the New Flyer logo joining several others on the roof pod.

 Headed for Southgate is DE40LFR of 2006. It was one of a pair of hybrids, but around 2010 they were both converted to pure diesel so, strictly speaking, have lost the E in their type designation.

 Numerous D40LFR buses are receiving attention in this depot view. From the front we have 4551, 4526, 4510 and 4547. All except 4510 date from 2007, it was from the previous small batch of 45!
