Seen in Watford, an ex Arriva Cymru Mellor bodied Iveco 59.12 2236 (N936ETU) had been painted in Arriva colours and was in use on Watford Town Services.

This former Arriva East Herts & Essex Iveco was displaced to Aylesbury and is seen here on the crew shuttle between the Bus Station and the new Rabans Lane depot. The vaguely appropriate destination "Tilbury Ferry" was being used!

 Plaxton Beaver 2 bodied Mercedes Vario O810D 2171 (R171VBM) is seen on the Staff Shuttle in Wycombe Bus Station in February 2007. The Arriva bus depot had moved to a site on the Cressex industrial estate, more or less opposite where the old depot used to be. When Arriva took control of all Wycombe services, the old depot was abandoned in favour of the old Thames Valley town centre depot integral with the Bus Station. With the new location a bus is needed to ferry staff between the bus station and the depot at the top of the steep hill out of the valley in which the town lies. |

 Sister Mercedes Vario 2198 (R198DNM) is seen on similar shuttle duties the same month.

More productively engaged was 2198 the previous summer, leaving the old Bus Station on the 342.

 Beaver 2 2240 (R760DUB), an O814D new to Selby & Distict as 760 is also hard at work in summer 2006 in Bicester on route for Buckingham. It is being passed by RH Transport's Optare Solo MX55WCZ in Bure Place, the Bicester apology for a Bus Station. |

At work on the U9 around the Uxbridge area is another Plaxton Beaver 2 bodied Mercedes Vario, but in full Arriva livery. The LT contracted service was worked out of Wycombe depot with vehicles running dead to Uxbridge along the M40. The Varios
were replaced by a fleet of Dennis Dart MPD buses in red livery.

Plaxton Beaver 2 2176 (R176VBM), a Vario 810D, arrives in Aylesbury from Cheddington in May 2003.

 In July 2005 2197 (R197DNM) is seen at work in High Wycombe, by the Railway Station. At 31 seats, it holds four more than sister 2176 above. |

In May 2005 2174 (R174VBM) had been transferred to Network Colchester with the Arriva
operations in the city.

Mercedes 810D 2242 (R762DUB) is seen in Hemel Hempstead Bus Station. It was transferred from Arriva Yorkshire North and is seen with a Gade Valley liveried Vario prior to repaint.

 A good load, albeit of school children, is seen on 2138 (N918ETM), a Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes 709D, as it leaves Aylesbury Bus Station in May 2003. |

 Caught out of the window of a decker on an adjacent stand is 2115 (N470EHA) an 811 series Mercedes with Alexander ALX100 coachwork. The bus was a short term visitor to Wycombe and passed to the associated MK Metro operation, having been new to Midland Fox. |

 The Mercedes Sprinter on-demand Arriva Click service in Watford was not a major sucess, so this Mercedes Sprinter was transferred to High Wycombe. It is seen in the Bus Station in May 2004 on the depot shuttle.
