Arriva the Shires Mercedes Vario O810D Plaxton Beaver 2
Plaxton Beaver 2 bodied Mercedes Vario O810D 2171 (R171VBM) is seen on the Staff Shuttle in Wycombe Bus Station in February 2007. The Arriva bus depot had moved to a site on the Cressex industrial estate, more or less opposite where the old depot used to be. When Arriva took control of all Wycombe services, the old depot was abandoned in favour of the old Thames Valley town centre depot integral with the Bus Station. With the new location a bus is needed to ferry staff between the bus station and the depot at the top of the steep hill out of the valley in which the town lies.
