Similar, but even newer vehicle, 1468 (RDV419H), is now preserved and seen here at the West of England 1998 rally. The coach's black window rubbers do not enhance the appearance of the vehicle in the way that the original cream fittings did on older ECW bodies. The preserved coach was later painted in Western National NBC DP livery.

Owner of these two magnificent machines is Steve Graham who said they made a fine spectacle tailing each other down the motorway from the North West to attend SHOWBUS at Duxford in 2006. Foremost is Crosville CRG106 (AFM106G). Both coaches made the trip to Southern Germany for the Speyer event in 2007. The other coach is Royal Blue's first RELH6G, 2351 (837SUO). |

Alongside Wasall 116 (XDH516G), one of its last Northern Counties bodied Daimler Fleetlines is former Royal Blue 2385 (OTA645G). Basically preserved since 1982 the coach has passed through the hands of numerous preservationists and small operators ever since. For some odd reason it was painted in Midland Red Coaches livery back in 2004 and was displayed as such at the August 2015 Gaydon event bearing fleet number 4645.
