Unlike Duxford it will be possible to camp overnight at the Long Marston showground. The site has full toilet facilities and a shower block. We need to know how many people to expect on site on the Saturday night. Please put the number in the box:

Hot Dog Drags & Showbus Preview:
On the Saturday and Sunday prior to SHOWBUS Long Marston will be host to the NSRA Hot Dog Drags. We would like to have a small selection of vehicles on display at the competition as a taster for race goers of SHOWBUS the following weekend. For more details of the event click here. If you would like to come along on the Saturday or Sunday simply email us and we will aim to select a suitable mix of vehicles, ideally a different display for each day.

Rides on site:
This year it will be possible to give visitors rides around the site on an internal track in a selection of the entrants. We will offer a fuel allowance for vehicle owners prepared to offer this attraction. Vehicles must, of course, be insured for this activity, which will not venture on to public roads, but be entirely within the private airfield. The service will run from approximately midday till around 4pm. We will determine frequency of the service based on vehicles and funding available, but envisage that there could be a bus running every couple of minutes. Please indicate if you would like to make your bus available, whether you will need the fuel allowance and how many circuits you could do. We are also looking for licensed vehicles to do a Cotswold excursion in the afternoon, ideally with a classic vehicle. Please email us if you are in a position to help, charges could be made for this trip.

Some entrants like to bring a stall to sell transport related items. A special area will be set aside where your vehicle can be displayed and stall set up so as to still leave your vehicle visible for photographers. FEE for 3m frontage (larger stalls must be sighted in the main trade area at commercial rates) £ 40.
