One Sunday in May 2003 two Motts deckers and several vehicles from the Lutonian fleet gathered at Westcott to operate a Park & Ride to Waddesdon Manor for the Women's Cancer Charity Run. Unfortunately the organisers had been let down by Z&S coaches so at the last minute Motts and Lutonian came to the rescue. 'LIL' is seen with more recently acquired, ex Arriva (originally Maidstone Boroline) Optare bodied Olympian E153OMD. |
This view shows 'LIL' entering the grounds of Waddesdon Manor. The popular coach left the fleet to join the now defunct Woottens of Chesham. |
Another of the batch of Eastern National coach Olympians appeared at SHOWBUS 2014 in the striking livery of Essex operator, Panther Travel. This is believed to be former 4505 (B693BPU) but is now partially disguised as BIG4005.
