 Seen at the Grange School Coach Park in Aylesbury back in the late seventies is Motts' Dennis Loline III/Alexander, followed by one of their Ford R226/Duple Viceroy coaches. Behind in black and gold colours is a Dicksons Duple (Northern) bodied coach, probably also a Ford. Dicksons were taken over by Motts inheriting their Stoke Mandeville and Kingsey depots, the former becoming Motts main base until 2005. |

 From around the same time is this picture of former Western SMT Alexander bodied Daimler Fleetline, former 2008 (BCS991C). A regular on Kingshill school runs the bus had an unfortunate windscreen break and a new screen was not instantly available. It is seen one Saturday in June in Aylesbury's Buckingham Street on hire to Red Rover who were having a busy weekend with two ex London DMS on hire to the Hillingdon Show Society in Uxbridge doing the shuttle to the annual Show where SHOWBUS used to be staged.

 Sorry for the dim shot, but Aylesbury Bus Station is akin to a dungeon - and has not improved much since this photo. This shows the BCS991C loading for Haydon Hill on the popular Linkline cross town service.

 Another Alexander bodied Fleetline was helping to cover for the Hillingdon Show hire in the shape of former PMT 1029 (AEH129C) on the other bus working on Linkline at Haydon Hill.
