 It was a Scania Omnifest at SHOWBUS in 2005 with Network Colchester's newly delivered East Lancs Omnidekka, 340 (AY55DKA). Alongside are Omnis from Yorkshire Traction, Ludlows, Nottingham and Uno. |

Scania buses continued to hold favour and this East Lancs bodied N230UD, 103 (YN08OBY), was helping out on the 339 Epping Station service at North Weald in 2008. It was one of two delivered that year.

 Two more Scania N230UD deckers followed in 2009, but by then the badges on the buses had changed from East Lancs to Optare. This is 105 (YT59NZM) seen arriving at SHOWBUS almost a year after delivery. |

 The second of the pair of 2008 Scania deckers, 104 (YN08OBZ), had been displayed at SHOWBUS that year. |

 New to Colchester Borough Transport as 47 (H47MJN), this all Leyland coach seated Olympian has seen several liveries. After Corporation livery it donned Arriva colours but also spent a spell with Southend in the same palet of colours as it has in this picture with Talisman Coaches at SHOWBUS 2014. Southend used it on the X10 London express. Between the two it was in Network Colchester colours as 347.
