Not such nice weather for sister Scania 1014 (YN05GXR) heading into Reading working for First Great Western on the mammoth operation over the 2010-2011 New Year Reading Station blockade as a new bridge and various other alterations were made as part of the preparations for the new Reading Station.

The Wright bodied Scania L94UB buses were delivered in the first version of generic livery as seen on 1030 (YN06KXZ), seen on the same day in December on reading Blockade work pulling out of the old Thames Valley Bus Station. The mothballed Bus Station was put to good use during the Blockade, having been out of use for some years. It has since been demolished.
