 Alder Valley had been established a while when this picture was taken in Maidenhead Bus Station. Several buses had already been painted in Ribble red, but the Bristol LS, RELL and LH were all still in Tilling Red. NBC fleetnames had been applied to the LS and RE and the LH on the extreme right, but whilst LH 521 (VMO227H) has a broadside National Bus advert, it is bereft of an offside fleetname. The bus was originally Thames Valley 210 and the bus later passed to Bristol Omnibus as their 346. |
